Laura M. Estep
Andre' V. Webb
executive director
program director

Laura started Mosaic in January 2011 under the OSCM umbrella nonprofit at Lutheran Church of Our Saviour. In 2017, she and Andre', with the help of many others, formed Mosaic as its own individual nonprofit.

Laura is originally from NC, and is a 2010 graduate from Furman University. She holds a degree in Communication Studies and Education, with a focus on Drama Therapy, and a passion for empowering marginalized populations.

Laura has worked and performed with community programs, national organizations, theatres, and schools in North Carolina, Mexico, Florida, and South Carolina.

Laura grew up performing, prefers Directing, and currently uses Visual Art as her artistic outlet. Laura and Andre' met while working in a migrant farm-working community with ASTEP in 2010. They welcomed a daughter in 2019.

Andre' is originally from Baltimore but came to Mosaic in 2014 from Philadelphia. He graduated from The University of The Arts in Philadelphia in 2008 with a degree in Jazz Performance in Voice.

Andre has over 14 years of teaching experience, as well as program management. He has worked at The School of Rock, The New Freedom Theatre, The Salvation Army, and The Village of Arts and Humanities, all in Philadelphia; as well as ASTEP in Florida. Locally, he has taught at Bridges to A Brighter Future, Legacy Early College, and has performed and directed at Centre Stage and Glow Lyric Theatre. Andre' plays the piano, ukulele, and guitar, but voice is his instrument of choice.

Laura and Andre' have a daughter, Ariella, who was named by a Mosaic student.

Jasmin Rubio Monge
site coordinator

Jasmin first joined Mosaic as a student in the third grade in 2012. She has since worked as an Intern, Dance Instructor, Classroom Teacher, and now is a member of our senior staff.

Jasmin enjoys working for Mosaic because she believes that Mosaic is accepting of everyone and is essential to keeping Hispanic culture alive for our students and their families.

One of Jasmin's goals in working with Mosaic is to impact the families in the same way that Mosaic impacted her family when she was young. Jasmin says that when she looks at the Mosaic students, she sees herself and is able to truly relate to them.
