MPAC offers diverse and quality arts programs to children and adults in the Upstate community. Members of the Performing Arts Company perform locally at festivals and events. Mosaic currently offers a Dance Company and Vocal Ensemble.
Dance Company
Latin Dance
Wednesday, 6:00 - 7:00 = ages 7 and Up
This class will learn all styles of Latin Dance with a focus on folklore and cumbia mexicana. This class meets weekly and performs at community events. This class is instructed in Spanish & English.

Latin Dance Enthusiasts
Thursday, 5:00 - 6:00 = ages 7 - Adult
This class is for enthusiastic students aged 7 - adult. This class meets every other week, and will move quickly with choreography. Adults of any experience level are encouraged to join. This class is instructed in Spanish & English.

Latin Dance Foundations
Thursday, 4:45 - 5:30 = Minis: ages 4 - 10
This class will learn different Latin Dance steps and styles. This class is 45 minutes and perfect for our younger students. This group will not perform at community events. This class is instructed in Spanish & English.

Vocal Ensemble
Voice Class
Tuesday, 5:30 - 6:15 = Ensemble
This class will focus on the fundamentals of singing. Students will primarily sing as a group, which is perfect for a new singer. This class is instructed in English.
Tuesday, 6:15 - 7:00 = Performance Students
This is a Vocal Performance Class that will focus on technique. Students will sing individually. This class is instructed in English.

Vanessa German Mendoza & Frida Leon German
Latin Dance
Vanessa was born and raised in Mexico City. She loves to dance and has been doing so since she was young. Vanessa did some of her first choreographies at 25 years old, and now enjoys teaching alongside her children. She teaches all styles of Latin dance, but specializes in folklore and cumbia mexicana. She choreographs locally for quinceañeras, and especially loves teaching dance with her daughter Frida.
Valeria Martinez
Latin Dance Foundations
Valeria has been at Mosaic since she was in 4K, and now works as a Classroom Teacher and Teaching Artist. She began dancing at the International Dance Academy when she was 11 years old, and at Mosaic shortly after. She has performed all over the Upstate and Georgia, and especially enjoys teaching the fundamentals to the Mosaic Minis. Valeria is assisted by one of our HS Interns, Karen Vargas.
Sarah G. Barton Dance
Latin Dance Enthusiasts
Sarah has performed in the US, Colombia and Chile. She teaches Salsa and Bachata classes, choreographs quinces, weddings and children’s groups, performs with her dance partner, and has her own dance company - Sarah G Barton Dance. She is certified to teach DanceAbility, a completely inclusive methodology based on improvisation.
Andre' V. Webb
Vocal Ensemble
Andre' has a degree in Jazz Vocal Performance from The University of The Arts in Philadelphia. He has taught and performed throughout the East coast and Panama. Andre' plays the piano, ukulele, and guitar, but voice is his instrument of choice.
